By accessing or using NLMT Spin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a jurisdiction where participation in token-based reward games is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your participation complies with local laws.
NLMT Spin is a daily reward game. Users who hold a qualifying balance of NLMT tokens on the XPR Network receive free daily spins. Each spin pays out a small amount of cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, DOGE, or USDC) drawn from a shared daily pool, or NLMT consolation prizes when the pool is exhausted. Additional spins can be obtained by swapping tokens for NLMT.
Prizes are drawn from a limited daily pool. Once the pool is exhausted, no further USD-denominated prizes are awarded that day. Payout amounts are random and vary each spin. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Participation does not guarantee any winnings.
All prizes are paid directly to your XPR Network WebAuth wallet on-chain. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party node outages. If a payout fails, it will be noted in the UI; contact us and we will investigate.
NLMT is a utility token used to access spins. It is not a financial instrument, security, or investment product. Holding NLMT confers access to gameplay features only. Token value may fluctuate.
Purchasing bonus spins via the Top Up feature is final. Token transfers to the funding account are non-refundable once processed on-chain. Bonus spins expire at the end of the applicable day.
You may not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the reward system. Automated requests, bots, or scripted interactions are prohibited. We reserve the right to disqualify accounts that engage in abuse.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of price feeds, or availability of third-party blockchain infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLimits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
