Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. What We Collect

When you connect your XPR Network wallet, we store your wallet address (a public blockchain identifier) and a generated referral code. We also store gameplay data: spin history, earnings, and daily spin counts. If you opt in to push notifications, we store your browser push subscription endpoint and encryption keys.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued identification. We do not store private keys. Wallet connections are handled entirely by the XPR Network WebAuth SDK.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your wallet address is used to verify NLMT holdings, enforce daily spin limits, process on-chain payouts, and display leaderboard rankings. Push subscription data is used only to send daily spin-reset notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. On-Chain Data

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Spin payouts and token transfers are visible on the XPR Network chain explorer. We have no control over the public visibility of on-chain data.

5. Push Notifications

Push notifications are opt-in. You can revoke permission at any time through your browser settings. If you revoke permission, your subscription will be automatically cleaned up when we next attempt to send a notification.

6. Data Retention

We retain gameplay data indefinitely for leaderboard and earnings history purposes. Push subscriptions that become invalid (e.g. after browser uninstall) are removed automatically.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service queries publicly available APIs including Alcor Exchange, CoinGecko, and XPR Network Hyperion nodes to fetch token prices and transaction history. These services have their own privacy policies.

8. Security

Your data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. We use secure server-to-server connections. No wallet private keys or sensitive credentials are stored in the database.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact

For privacy-related questions, contact us via XPR Network community channels or the nolimits1 account.
